Early Bird Registration (Through April 30) - $500.00
Regular Registration
(May 1 - August 15) - $600.00
Late Registration
(August 16 - September 9) - $700.00

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our contractual obligations, VSPC does not allow cancellations. However, we allow substitutions for the conference, provided the VSPC is notified within 3 days of the conference. To substitute a registrant, the current registrant has to complete the substitution form.
Transfer and Substitution Registrations:
The VSPC welcomes registration transfers and substitutions; however, a $50 processing fee applies. This transfer or substitution can be processed through the Attendees Registration page.
