    RCH Replacement Requests

    The VSPC will research and replace any lost RCH letters from prior years for a cost of $25 per year. To request an RCH letter, send an email to [email protected] Payment must be received before research will begin.  You may make payment via this catalog.

    These amounts are nonrefundable.  We will do all we can to research and locate your records.

    Process to request RCHs"

    1. Select the product for the number of years that you need to request.

    2. Click Add to Cart.

    3. Answer the question with four digit years.

    4. Click ADD

    5. Click View Cart

    6. Click Continue as Guest

    Then continue until you make the payment through the system.
